• You have access to almost 20 acres of beautiful horse property.
• You don't have to drive far. We are just three minutes by car from Old Town Fort
  Collins and five minutes from Colorado State University.
• Owners live on the property.
• Amenities include an outdoor arena, a quarter-mile dirt track, a round pen, private
  access to miles of riding on the Poudre River bike trail, a wash rack, optional trailer
  parking, and several private lanes.
• Lessons available from qualified instructors: Hunter - Jumper - Dressage - Hunt Seat - Western.
• Horses are fed up to three times daily. Alfalfa, grass and a grass/alfalfa mix make up
  meals. Horses receive a can of grain and a scoop of bran in the standard ration.
• Boarding choices include 12 x 12 box stalls, 12 x 24 pens with sheds, or 24 x 24 pens
  with sheds at our self-care facility.
• Stalls and pens are cleaned daily, and stalls are bedded with quality shavings.
• Horses are turned out daily into large group pens.
• Pasture turnout and grass-pen turnout options are available in the summer.
• We provide your horse with heated water in the winter, including our self-care clients.
• All breeds, and all riding disciplines are welcome.
• You can expect experienced ownership. We have been in business since 1990, and
  have owned and successfully shown horses since 1975.
• All horses must meet or exceed the requirements of our veterinarian-created health
  plan.
• We will schedule your horse's appointments with our barn farrier or barn veterinarian.
• All minors must wear certified helmets. We support 4-H.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on this property.
• Many hands make less work. Clients share chores and their special gifts.
